WT Ceilidh Band

The WT Ceilidh Band is a highly experienced, versatile, professional ceilidh music band from the North London traditional music scene, they can tailor a band to your particular needs.

All the musicians have been performing, touring and recording for many years and two are award-winning performers.

WT plays Irish, Scottish, English and American songs and tunes, and are both sensitive to the occasion and responsive to the mood of the audience

If you wish they can concentrate on one particular style all night e.g. Scottish or Irish.

Other instruments such as fiddle, flute, tin-whistle, double bass or snare drum may be added. Other instruments such as Scottish or bagpipes, bodhran (Irish drum) or traditional dancers are also available.

The WT’s most common format for a Ceilidh consists of four musicians plus a caller who will teach the dances. - no experience needed!
